Admissions Process
- Submit your application: Register your interest now for Pre-KG to Grade 10.
- Meet our admissions team: After submitting your application, the admission team will review your application, and then you would be given a chance to go visit the campus. If you have queries or are doubtful, then this will be the best opportunity to relax your mind. The meeting can also be done on-campus and virtually, so don’t worry about this.
- Assessment: The admission team will get in touch with you, within a short time, for the child’s assessment. They will inform you about the date and time, and if you are an international applicant, then it would be online.
- Offer: The Hamilton International School will send the offer letter to the successful applicants, within 2 days.
- Securing Your Child’s Place: After the offer letter, you have to register and pay the fee in order to secure your place. The fee is about 5000QAR, and you have to submit these documents:
- Registration form
- Recent passport-size photographs for the applicant
- A copy of the applicant’s and parents’ passports
- A copy of the applicant’s and parents’ Residence Permits.
- Latest school report – if applicable
- International students: Report cards for Grade 2 and above applicants must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Qatar Embassy in the county of the last school
- Parent Letter of employment or company ID
- Medical form
- A copy of the applicant’s birth certificate
- A copy of the applicant’s childhood immunization certificates
- A copy of the latest diagnosis for Hub students
At last, the student has to wait for the school start day.
Fees and Funding
The fee for Pre-KG to KG 1 is 55000 QR, and for Grades KG2 to 4 is 60000 QR, from grades 5 to 8, the fee is 70000 QR and finally, for grades 9 and 10, it is 75000 QR
