How to Obtain Sponsorship for Your Education at AUS

• All of the students who are interested to get a sponsorship should reach out to the sponsoring organizations by themselves. As soon as you receive a scholarship, you should finalize all of the rest formalities to confirm your admission by time. Moreover, if you have any doubts or questions, the team is always there to guide you.
• You should submit these documents to the sponsoring organization :
  • a color copy of your valid passport
  • For all UAE nationals, you will need to submit a copy of the Family Book (‘Khulasat Al Qaid’)
  • For UAE residents, you need to share a color scan of your UAE national ID (both sides)
  • a recent passport-sized photograph
  • an official secondary school certificate certified by the Ministry of Education of UAE
  • admission letter from the American University of Sharjah
  • your academic transcript (graduate and transfer students )
  • IELTS/TOFEL certificates or any other English proficiency test certificate are allowed to share.

Covered Tuition Fees and Expenses

How to Retain and Maintain Your Sponsorship

Any sponsorship must be maintained, and for that, the sponsored students have to fulfill all of the terms and conditions of the sponsorship, if one does not follow the terms and conditions of the sponsorship then, the sponsoring organization has all of the rights to cancel the sponsorship.

Here are mentioned some Common guidelines for retaining sponsorship.

• Maintain the required semester minimum semester GPA as decided by the sponsor.
• Attend all compulsory courses each semester as required by the sponsor.
• Attend all classes and pay full attention to studies.
• Agree and commit to the program/major approved by the sponsor.
